Evaluation and assessment-related services are limited to guidance and documentation support only. GargEducare does not influence, control, or guarantee decisions, assessments, or outcomes made by credential evaluation or skills assessment authorities.
All services are provided strictly on a guidance and support basis. GargEducare does not act as an authority, decision-making body, guarantor, agent, or legal representative for any institution, organization, authority, service provider, or client.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
GargEducare does not guarantee results, outcomes, approvals, selections, placements, timelines, or decisions. All outcomes depend on individual profiles, eligibility, documentation, third-party institutions, service providers, and applicable laws, rules, and policies.
Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided are accurate, complete, genuine, and lawful. GargEducare shall not be held responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or withheld information provided by clients.
School Review & Rating Disclaimer
Any school review, assessment, or rating provided by GargEducare is based on predefined evaluation criteria, publicly available information, and inputs available at the time of review. Such reviews are advisory and informational in nature only and do not constitute accreditation, certification, inspection, endorsement, or regulatory approval of any institution.
GargEducare shall not be responsible for differences in opinion, subsequent changes in institutional practices, or decisions made by parents, students, or institutions based on such reviews.
Academic Support Disclaimer
Academic tutoring and assignment-related assistance are provided strictly for learning support and skill development. GargEducare does not promote or support academic misconduct. Clients are responsible for complying with the academic integrity policies of their respective institutions.
Third-Party Institutions and Service Providers
GargEducare does not own, control, or operate educational institutions, financial or lending entities, travel operators, airlines, accommodation providers, or other third-party service providers. Any interaction, agreement, or outcome involving third parties is solely between the client and the respective third party.
GargEducare shall not be liable for the actions, omissions, decisions, delays, failures, disputes, or outcomes of any third-party institution or service provider.
Travel Services
Travel-related services are subject to availability, destination-specific regulations, and third-party service providers. GargEducare acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, losses, injuries, or decisions made by third parties or authorities.
Fees and Payments
All fees charged are for professional services rendered and are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing. Payment of fees does not imply or guarantee any outcome.

Force Majeure
GargEducare shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, technical failures, or disruptions affecting third-party service providers.
No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between GargEducare and any client or third party.
